Wellness Day

Free medical screenings to be offered to adult residents will include:
     Blood Pressure Evaluation
     Female Cancer Screening (GYN exam)
     Male Cancer Screening (prostate & PSA blood test)
     Blood Chemistry Analysis (CBC, glucose, HDL and LDL)
Results of testing will be sent to the resident and his/her physician
 
Registration required for all medical screenings
     Register in person at Borough Hall
     531 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains
 
Wednesday, October 8th   6:00 to 7:30 pm
Saturday, October 18th   10:00 am to 12:00 pm

Influenza Vaccine
For Residents age 50 or over, (or under age 50 with pre-existing condition and doctor's note)  
Free Flu Shots will be available on WELLNESS DAY, Saturday, October 25th at
          Morris Plains Community Center form 8 am until 11 am
 
Free Flu Shots will also be available October 1st thru 31st at:
           Fast ER Urgent Care, 130 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Twp.,
           Walk-in Mon - Fri,  8 am to 7 pm and Sat & Sun, 9 am to 1 pm 
                           (must show proof of Morris Plains residency)
