The Rotary “Uncle Frank’s” Fishing Contest has occurred every year since 1976. Over 200 trout of all sizes are released into Community Park Pond. Only youngsters 13 years old and under are allowed to fish from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. on the first good weather Saturday in May according to the Farmer’s Almanac.
