Drug Prevention

Barbara serves as Director of Prevention Services. She also serves as the Coordinator of Community Coalition for a Safe and Healthy Morris (CCSHM). In that role, Barbara facilitates MCPIK’s collaboration with a variety of Morris County entities, including government, law enforcement, health care, education and treatment. Ms. Kauffman has over 20 years of experience serving Morris County in the field of prevention. She also supervises the implementation of all direct-service and fee-for-service programming offered by MCPIK
